My daughter went today to get a new set of nails because her natural nails are way outgrown in her old set. She told the guy she wanted her nails cut and he only trimmed them... she told them it looked ugly and he's like no, no, no. Such a waste of money.
I have tried many nail salons in the 2 years living in New Hampshire and I can say this is the best place that has done my nails since I moved here
The last appointment I had here I waited 1 hour to be served. Today I walked in and after waiting 17 minutes I could not wait any longer as I had arranged another appointment giving this appointment enough time to start at 12:30. If you can't serve customers at appointed time you need to change your scheduling system. Having customers wait 17-60 minutes is too long. Frustrated and unhappy. Every minute of my day is so valuable to me as I'm sure it is for all customers. I will wait in emergency situations but no on a regularly overbooked situation.
I've been coming here for a while and I have not had a problem, and the one time I did I came back and they redid my manicure for free and that was the sweetest. The staff is amazing and they're super great there! I added a photo of mu latest mani which looks amazing on my natural nails!
First visit for a pedicure. I Don’t get a massage as they always do with lotion because i have Plantar fasciitis under both feet. She gave me a nice pedicure and was relaxing as it was busy in there but not loud. All I asked was to cut an ingrown toenail which was killing me. I never looked at prices or asked. ( shame on me).
I went to leave and asked how much? I almost keeled over when she said $65.00… I always tip very well like $20.00 dollars but seeing I always am used to paying the basic of $35.00 or $40.00 dollars locally I tipped 20%. I have never ever paid $77.00 for a pedicure anywhere”s but here at this place.
$65.00 for basic gel polish… WOW!
NO PRICES ON THEIR WEBSITE EITHER TO GO BY. This is why I gave 4 stars and highly expensive.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Never in my life have I ever smelt a nail salon that smelled so bad. Smelt like cat p*ss and dirty p****! Then the lady at the front desk absolutely humiliated me because my friend booked out wedding party to get our nails done and because she didn’t specifically say what I wanted for a manicure she continued to yell in-front of every guest there “who booked this” then I try to accommodate with her and she gave me a attitude telling me “I can sit and wait over there”. Even though I was already booked and shouldn’t of had to wait. Poor management and bad customer service. Will never go back or recommend.
